Regarding http://jliszka.github.io/2013/08/12/a-frequentist-approach-to-probability.html …, Distribution doesn't look like a monad to me -- where's point? Maybe a co-monad, as we have "get"?

@dcsobral out is both a monad and comonad. It is simply Identity.

@dibblego @dcsobral point(x).get = x, always. The simplest possible distribution. Don't see how Distribution[X] can be Identity[X], though

@dibblego @dcsobral Many distributions not of that form. size(Distribution[X]) >> size(X). More similar to Hom[X] than Identity[X]

@dibblego @dcsobral Except "get" is in general nondeterministic, and thus should really be modeled differently (which break comonad).
