@dibblego is there a situation where a Reader monad is preferred over just passing the-thing-to-read as a function argument?

@dibblego I've used the Reader monad a few times, but often conclude that it would just be easier to pass whatever it is as an argument.
@aaronmblevin usually it is easier if you didn't start off with Reader in the first place. I will have demo code soon I hope.
