@dibblego I find myself unpacking tuples a lot with functions that I pass into .local of the Kleisli instance, feels wrong to me.

@markhibberd @seanparsons local is contramap, but Sean is complaining of the tuples.

@dibblego @seanparsons That highlights something dodge in scalaz, because local isn't contramap for MonadReader, only Kleisli.
