@dibblego @shajra I didn't say that *any* reduction in speed would generate less deaths. Just that I'm not surprised if *some* do

@etorreborre @shajra wait that is easily agreed to but is different to the claim that less velocity correlates to less risk of adversity.

@dibblego @shajra in many cases I suppose so, reaction time, braking time etc. but indeed I wouldn't make a law for this
