      @etorreborre I know for certain that driving slower does not save lives, not that I am interested in saving lives. It's a conflict.

      @etorreborre The bird strike from behind at 60kph caused a headache. The one at 10kph caused fatal head injury.

          @dibblego actually I'm not sure I get it. Are you saying that a human at 60kph against a bird at 10kph is less dangerous than both at 10?

          @dibblego @etorreborre the laws exist largely for bad drivers. . . who are generally safer at slower speeds (and there's plenty of them).
