Having to hide Prelude import every time I write #haskell is like having to close MS Office paperclip assistant. Stop it!

@dibblego What would you prefer? explicit import, "qualified implicit import", smaller prelude, something else?
@BeRewt Explicit import and decent module system. Bare minimum Prelude, smaller than some might think when I say "small."
