There now exists a filter method on the scalaz Either (\/) that is sensible. No more piss-fiddling about with broken scala.Either! #scala

@dibblego I quickly fired up the scalaz-seven branch to see if the REPL might help me, but it didn't particularly, noted for later.
@seanparsons a proper #scala Either.filter(p) = _.flatMap(a => if(p(a)) Right(a) else Left(Monoid.zero)) // got tired of the ML nonsense.
