There is little more depressing than rummaging though hackage to find multiple copies of code I wrote with other people, across a dozen years, now w/ fresh copyrights, new licenses and no reference to the original authors, as if it sprang forth fully formed from the brow of Zeus.

Do we want the cutting edge of PLD in production? I mean, for the general unwashed, not those who know what they are doing with it. Also, hello to you both, I hope you are well.

Or, you could have a programmable programming language, and have both the cutting edge and the regular stuff in the same ecosystem. Granted, Haskell is programmable to a point, though with a high barrier to entry. For more easier programmability, I use Scheme.
