My partner saw 4-5 seconds of it by accident and buddy, if she could pay to un-see it, she would. Your angle here is all about a video of children being murdered.
We can almost certainly agree on how terrible this is. We might not agree on the importance of defending this network that we have made.

Buddy I've run internet infrastructure for 22 years. Helping suburban teens watch video of kids being murdered is not what this was for. There are limits, and if you, after all this, still don't think so, then you're part of the problem

Yes, there are limits and no, blocking websites is an inappropriate response to those limits. I don't think debating this further on twitter is likely to be useful, given the contentious subject, but happy to otherwise.
