Penrith is in Sydney, which is some backwater with expensive houses and maybe trees or something.

They have a couple of nice beaches, too. Mind you the "couple of nice beaches" near you seem stretch 60km in either direction, so you have them beat on quantity (er and come to think of it, quality once you take temperature into consideration.)
