In principle, http://hackage.haskell.org/package/zipper does this (if your structure fits the multirec universe). multirec/zipper aren't packages I'm actively using these days though, so there may be problems.
@pigworker Does there exist a library to derive the zipper for a data structure, so that I can confirm my pen/paper calculations?
