What if they're not concerned at all with who is and is not a jerk? It's not even a productive question. Think higher thoughts.

I'm not concerned about their concerns. I'm concerned about how their behaviour affect the community. If you're "above average" but you make the community a worse place for others, it's still better if you go away.

Who gets to decide what "makes the community a worse place", "who goes away" and how is it decided?
