If you refer to history of Typelevel and Scalaz - as I said before, point me to some good sources and I can fix it. If it's about Dotty... it was written 7 months ago - FUD didn't refer to @fommil's post but gossips that LB wants to kill Scala and Dotty is an unrelated project

You know the saying? "The easiest way to find out the right answer is to post the wrong one on the internet." I did some research, but Tony Morris post only bitter tweets about Scala (and Stack), neither Scalaz nor TL written their story, and asked remember the event differently

1. Scala is a waste of time and most skilled programmers have now recognised that and moved on. 2. This is not a "us v them" story for you to research. That's the narrative you were told. 3. I enjoy wrong things on the internet, encourage them, sometimes even make them come true.

ad 1. Well, I believe that the programming in general is overrated, so whether I pick Scala, Haskell or Java it's just a intellectual masturbation over sth that could be pretty often done in Excel. I like FP but I don't think there is any superiority to it, other than ego-boost.
