The most I've seen is Herbert hand-wringing over the cost of having a vocal member of the community point out the Haskell Committee's bad behavior, and you threatening physical violence to someone who asked you to back up your claim.

I teach Haskell and nobody succeeds at using Stack but they hear that it's what they should use. Prevents learning.

What do you mean by nobody succeeds? I see most new Haskellers using stack and they experience fewer issues then I saw them have with cabal. Specifically what are you seeing?

This discussion should not invoke cabal. It is irrelevant. The discussion, if it were to remain faithful to the original claim, is contrasting stack against not stack.

That's. *Hilarious*.

I am tapping out of your insistence on dishonesty. Cheerio.
