No. Keep positive focus on the way forward imho

What is not positive about stating matters of fact, and educating others to help them understand those facts?

TBH I'd rather see talks around what are the good haskell libraries, and how to structure a project. What works / what doesn't, what are going to be traps folks from outside of the haskell world fall into.

Scala only continues to exist because, "I don't know of a better way to solve that problem." Let's learn better ways.

Sure, let's do that! But note that all of the easiest paths from just dropping Scala go back into the swamp. Rising water level of Haskell appreciation will lift all the boats, including Scala
