This is true.
If "not enough positive" is the best reason otherwise… well, I think that strengthens the case for its importance.

Part of being positive is people tend to switch off pretty quick if you put them on the defensive, and people tend to be defensive if they think their being attacked.

This is a massive over-simplification. I am on the defensive about the existence of Scala and the destruction that results. It is now perfectly reasonable to believe my person is being attacked?
