    Sure. But feeling inspired by some of the amazing things our clients do, is a natural response that they deserve to hear. Then we are participating with our clients, not just acting as conduits for answers.

    Evan took it further and pointed out that praise and criticism are two sides of the same coin; both mean that we have taken it upon ourselves to make an evaluation and pass a judgement. But that’s not our job (and not our right).

    Great idea. I sometimes pay something towards the parking fees for the car behind me in car parks which still have ticket collectors. Makes a nice surprise.

    For the past 3yrs a day has not gone past that I have not had multiple flashbacks of my or been able to sleep for more than 4hrs because of night terrors. Yesterday I had 0 night terrors & slept for 6hrs Blown away Change can happen
