    We need to reset the global arena to pursue accountability for those who commit war crimes and crimes against humanity - however powerful they are, and however powerful their friends are.

    The ruling today confirms it has jurisdiction over war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, since 2015. Individuals suspected of these crimes can be prosecuted at the court.

    Thinking beyond 'the Israeli left': Palestinians have written & lectured for decades that the Israeli regime is "one regime" with multiple oppressive practices & that this regime is a colonial apartheid/ Jewish Supremacy. Glad others are joining. Here is a partial list 1/8
