Next they may require Medicaid recipients to wear signs around their necks that say FREELOADER. Would also require it for SNAP recipients. Nothing like a little public shaming.

Public shaming is a vital & too often neglected part of enforcing the social contract. It is part of exerting social pressure to bring about conformity to expected behavior. Don't even try to pretend you aren't trying to use it right now.
