If you're living with chronic pain, what would you say is the best starting dose in mg or %?
Great question! The best way to start any CBD product is low and slow; it allows your body to get used to the cannabinoids and you can increase if needed. Anything from 2%- 5% (200- 500mgs) is a good starting point. No need to splash out on 20% when you may only need 5% :)
