As a second to this- the Meadows in Edinburgh, and likely most grassy areas in the UK yesterday, had the heady scent of weed no matter where you walked while the police patrolled nearby. It shows that cannabis consumption is happening regardless of the law enforcing it.
Wether you agree or disagree with full THC cannabis- is it not safer to legalise, educate and regulate than to pretend you can’t smell the weed?
