For instance - we found a retailer selling a bottle of ‘2000mg CBD Oil’ which under closer inspection only contains 4% of actual CBD. What it says it contains is ‘2000mg of hemp extract’. Even for people who live and breathe CBD & lab reports, it wasn’t clear.
Today the #FoodStandardAgency are looking closer at #CBDregulation. There is still a lot to be understood but it is certainly a step in the right direction for compliant and ethical retailers. At best this is an example of lack of knowledge, at worst (and what we suspect) this is down right misleading. This kind of thing is rife in the CBD world and taking advantage of consumers.
