A good strong chin so you can act positively to criticism rather than feeling sorry for yourself!

We did anonymous feedback forms to ask people what they thought about branding, products, service etc.. and a fair few people weren’t so positive about the branding, clarity of our message and website. All of which I personally had worked so hard on
