Im afraid this could start a domino effect. Basically all promises could be thrown out of the window in a matter of weeks / months. Biden will probably have a lot of blood on his hands soon due to his unconditional withdrawal.
It will minimize the presence of non-essential diplomatic corp. Their presence or absence does not matter.
