Due to flooding at our DHL Parcel Cardiff depot, unfortunately this depot will be closed for the foreseeable future while the clean-up operation is undertaken. If you were due to pick up a collection from this depot, please call 02476937770 to rearrange delivery.

Our site in Gwaelod–y–Garth, Cardiff & the surrounding area has experienced flooding. The road to the industrial estate has been closed by police for safety reasons.
We are arranging a plan to limit the impact to service but we expect disruption to deliveries in the CF postcode

Due to a fire on the M6, the motorway has been closed. Several of our vehicles have been caught in the incident. This has caused some disruption to our operation, and some sites have experienced some parcel connection delays. Some parcel deliveries may be affected.
