This time last year I had tiny twigs for arms and wasn't doing any upper body work; now I'm doing multiple pull-ups easily. All I added to my routine in that time was dead hangs. Feels like a cheat that that's all it took

Watching The Gray Man and this action scene where Gosling is handcuffed to a bench got me wondering - has any third-person cover-shooter ever done a sequence where you're physically attached to one piece of cover and can only sidle along or hop over it, while in combat?
