In #Ireland we have some organisation around clean-up at 4/20, some activists got together to form a "tidy-buds" team that cleans up each event, usually leaving the place cleaner than it was found!
They've been attending events for a few years now, and really help.

Imagine gloating about something like this. Most addiction stems from trauma that often occurred in childhood. If someone turns back to substance abuse 2 days after being released they must be in a bad place, and your staff revel in that suffering.
