In fact, I’d rather have my child grow up like a Wildling than subject him as a 4-year old to a Zoom exam that requires weeks of prep, consultants, and tutors. Any parent should be so lucky as to have their kid throw a tantrum and spoil this madness.
For us it’s too late. Perhaps our children.

I can’t imagine how much pressure these kids are under and feel for the developmental challenges they will navigate. This is why I am getting a teaching degree. I don’t think civilization is going to be able to sustain the inhuman strain we are under.
It seems pretty clear that the ‘United’ States is a failed experiment. Time to restart with something new. Maybe best for the rest of us if we quarantine it while they figure it out so it doesn’t do any more damage to the rest of the world.
