View Source (in most browsers) is more friendly than wget, but what frustrates me most is that so much of current web source is callouts to JS or server-side packages that aren't easily viewed.

Unfortunately, view source is becoming almost irrelevant, since most source code is processed through something like webpack is almost unreadable these days :(
