Lidl Ireland now selling insect burgers & there are countries where eating insects is perfectly normal. Not sure I'd want to eat whole insects, but would like to give the burgers a try (alongside more plant based diet) as a way to reduce meat consumption.

I'm planning to build an aquaponics setup in my backyard. Won't put salt water fish on my plate as I don't want to deal with salt water. Hopefully in about 5 years time though I'll be able to pull several hundred pounds of fish and fresh water prawns out of the system each year.

I have such respect for & the many activist groups sick of complacency & corruption. I just can't see us obsolete humans convinced to become vegetarian or vegan? Maybe Lab grown fish, ? How do we solve this? A good question for my poor #TechBandits kids!
