    Not really a surprise if you announce inspections ahead of time.   The fact these aren't happening consistently shows lax enforcement of the petrochemical industry and is a stark reminder of communities living under the boot of fossil fuel infrastructure.

    This raises a serious legal question that the insurance industry--and the legal community--needs to confront. What happens when an insurer's own actions render a covered property uninsurable?

    Insurance companies should have to disclose fossil fuel projects they insure. failed to support this proposal in CA. Insurers that don't disclose shouldn't be able to cancel homeowner policyholders like me for "climate risk".
