    Most companies get good at delivering short-term results. Quarter after quarter. Year after year. But you can't get breakout, long-term success just by aggregating short-term wins. It requires big, bold bets designed for the long-term that often don't satisfy short-term goals.

    My advice for changing a company/brand name: Don't decide to change the name. Decide to come up a list of possible alternatives. Then decide whether alternative is "better enough" than existing to warrant the cost/pain of change. Full podcast episode:
