It has some warts, but yes it should be possible.
We can probably recover all the control flow of EVM, so it shouldn't be too hard. ABI names are gone though. In fact, we already have a prototype of Ethersplay that uses Manticore to recover the CFG!https://github.com/trailofbits/ethersplay …
