I upgraded from a Yubikey U2F to a Yubikey 4 and I honestly have no idea how to configure it. What the heck?pic.twitter.com/6ZNIQLjC7o

It just works out of the box, for me. If the browser initiated a U2F challenge the button will do that, not the OTP typing.
Ah OK you want the typing explicitly disabled?
Yeah, I want the 44-character OTP thing disabled.
In the Tools tab there's a "delete configuration" option. Empty out slot 1, then it should stay quiet if you touch it, I think?
Ah, yes. I see that. Now let's see if it still works as a U2F key...
Hooray! Yes, either deleting config slot 1 or marking it as dormant will mimic the functionality of the more basic "Security Key." Thanks!
Use Personalization tool, turn off OTP.
Here's what we settled on.https://twitter.com/vcsjones/status/917097562716475393 …
That doesn’t mess with the PIV stuff?
No, PIV / U2F keep working.
Oh. You want to disable both configuration slots… I’m not sure if you can disable the first one.
