Has anyone considered that the @FBI doesn't care if @MalwareTechBlog is guilty or not, and they just want to make a high profile example?

What does it mean for exploit developers? security researchers? malware analysts?
I would wait for the full criminal indictment to come out before deciding it's a case of FBI overreach.
