That, if proven, would be a separate thing from "he wrote the code". And still there's this detail of "due process" before we condemn him.

The indictment clearly shows they're not arresting him simply because he "wrote some code." And his already public logs clearly show intent.

The indictment shows what they want to prove. Not proof. And once again there is this detail that he needs to be convicted first.

It looks pretty clear to me! Why the race to defend him over any other malware dev? Because he has a Twitter/Github/shows up to parties?

FBI arrests people for this kind of thing all the time. Never seen the EFF launch a fundraiser for one though.
