That, if proven, would be a separate thing from "he wrote the code". And still there's this detail of "due process" before we condemn him.

The indictment clearly shows they're not arresting him simply because he "wrote some code." And his already public logs clearly show intent.

FBI arrests people for this kind of thing all the time. Never seen the EFF launch a fundraiser for one though.
