Uhh but he would have wrote and sold a banking trojan to people he knew would use it for crime, and he took feature reqs from them. Really?

That, if proven, would be a separate thing from "he wrote the code". And still there's this detail of "due process" before we condemn him.

The indictment clearly shows they're not arresting him simply because he "wrote some code." And his already public logs clearly show intent.
