... however, I sent an email ahead of time that said "please add girls to my group." I get there and Guidance selected 20 boys and 0 girls.

I chewed out my asst principal over it but I doubt they'll change. I made my own oppt and spoke to a 50/50 class of 7th graders instead.

Moral of the story? High school guidance is where creativity, ambition, and aspirations go to die. They do an awful job and don't know it.
