I didn't see Bluetooth headphones mentioned (could have missed it). But as a TPED surely it could be tested as laid out?

Nope. Bluetooth is classified as a TPED, and the exemption only covers taxi to runway, not flight.

yes, no TPEDs during flight, no exceptions. Not even Bluetooth (which is a TPED). Silly to lump BT w/ cell and wifi but
