Google doesn't have the keys. Qualcomm doesn't have the keys. There is no second party able to flash firmware or OS.

Disagree that journalism should be about multiple sides in cases when there's a very clear factual truth to discover.
You have to report the initial speculation, but I think "factual truth" is exactly what Dan reported.

The PR response from the company is so often incorrect though. So providing that as the response isn't correcting it.
