I saw a talk today by the Chief of TAO. The presentation listed Terrorists, Cybercrime and "Hacktivism" as threats.

@dguido you have to substitute "one person" with "the right person". Most people would be harmless, including many in this industry. -
@halvarflake I agree entirely. Most hacktivists (self-identified or otherwise) not worthy of concern. Are there some (few) that are? -

@halvarflake I don't think you can exempt a person/org from accountability simply because they are ideologically motivated. -

@thegrugq@halvarflake modest capabilities go a long way (SEA, Guccifer, LulzSec) and hacktivist intentions are more fluid than others -
