Look at the content and format of the quote in your tweet: "maintain control of your device. Enable this setting ... *Enable Reminder* 1. Press configure at the bottom of this page. 2. Press Allow .." etc.

Not your fault, but Twitter has successively truncated the context of each tweet so the meaning at a glance is completely different.
