Can we get a thread of all the random things DeFi builders should do before their contract holds $25M? As in, if you are a person considering putting your money in a DeFi thing and they haven't done this, it's a big red flag?

This is a harder ? than "who fucked up" lol Iirc,
@ShapeShift_io was applauded for transparency in 2016. Recent upbit hack is good example of fast response. Iota/Trinity has issues but they took epic fast action on user reports coming in via chat. (These are often ignored.)
