The Corellium request is totally crazy yes. But regarding the L3Harris request, what is the win?
That Apple got anything at all. L3 Harris has to produce emails and client countries with a possibility for further followup and depositions based on them. L3 Harris argued they weren't a party to the case at all.

Basically, Apple is asking if there are US clients and if yes, they won't follow up?

No, L3 said "we don't have to answer you", the court said "yes, you do", and now Apple gets a record of email communication between Corellium and a partial list of their government customers. Apple will then dig into that information further in future filings.
