Im not making any claims for/against but DoJ referred to IP theft in the announcement including database schemas. Theres a lot of discussion worth having here!
Oh, my comment wasn’t directed at you. Your thread had the best summary of the indictment I’ve seen, so I included it as a reference. The counts for economic espionage and wire fraud sound very tenuous.

I think the schema is immensely valuable, but calling it IP does seem tenuous. I have no strong opinions here, and I think this case will be an interesting one to dissect.
