This is a dumb strategy by the FBI that seems guaranteed to massively blowback. How is Equifax not a legitimate intelligence target? Oh, my comment wasn’t directed at you. Your thread had the best summary of the indictment I’ve seen, so I included it as a reference. The counts for economic espionage and wire fraud sound very tenuous.
