UBM didn't give them back their money? Seems like that was the right action upon removing them.
I mean, they got what they paid for. They had a booth for the duration of the conference and gave their talk. The only legit complaints are: 1) They’re not on the Blackhat website 2) Blackhat didn’t defend them in the press They even said they got 477 leads from scanning badges

Ah ... I understood UBM closed their booth as well. Oh ... what's that? Do I hear Barbra Streisand singing??

It was too late to close the booth. The sponsored talk was the afternoon of the second day. After the talk, the hall has less than 3 hours left open (less IIRC). By the time this gained any serious momentum, the vendor hall was closing.
