Typically GES does the sponsor/Exhibitor Services Manual. I have one from a previous year. Can't imagine it's changed much if at all. Happy to send it along if Noone else has one for 2019.

UBM didn't give them back their money? Seems like that was the right action upon removing them.

I mean, they got what they paid for. They had a booth for the duration of the conference and gave their talk. The only legit complaints are: 1) They’re not on the Blackhat website 2) Blackhat didn’t defend them in the press They even said they got 477 leads from scanning badges
