Does working remotely ever get lonely? Particularly extroverts? I actually decided against a job that sounded great cause I was concerned that I would hate working remotely. I don't think I've ever seen anyone commenting that remote didn't work for them though

Reason being, it’s as much responsibility on the company to ensure remote positions are a success as on you. We buy high-end AV equipment, force comms onto Slack, record meetings, set random 1:1s, and trained the _HQ employees_ to work better with remote people.

That makes so much sense!

100%! The culture has to support remote, and it often times doesn’t in the way that folks need, even with communication and expectations alone.
