    My child asked what "tato" (as she calls it) starts with and I said potato starts with "puh" (we're doing phonics) and she tells me no, tato starts with "tuh". I feel played :-/

    And now on the verge of just quitting, alas. At this point success would need life sacrifices for something that doesn't meet the cool vision. In general my mental energy has been severely lacking this week. Busy work + two kids (inc teething!) has taken its toll.

    Ah, remember the before times when we would meet friends and press our fleshy hands or cheeks together, pores squished against pores, grime rubbing against grime, whilst spittle sprayed from our open mouths and we'd inhale each other's nasal fumes... It will all come again!

    I got about 30 last year... All at under a fifth their normal price. A Maltesers easter egg cost less than a pack of Maltesers.

    Did you know articles submitted for peer-review on Tuesdays are twice more likely to be accepted for publication than those submitted on Weekends? I know correlation is not causation but I hope this makes you think twice next time! HT for paper
